With 35 years of experience in the disability field, Mary is renowned for her empathetic and caring counselling style, taking pride in assisting clients to live independently with secure sustainable employment. Inspired by her two nephews under the NDIS, Mary understands the unique challenges individuals with disabilities face and is committed to providing tailored support. Beyond her career, Mary’s commitment to charitable causes extends to her spare time, finding joy in assisting charities with fundraising efforts. The heartfelt cookbook she authored, dedicated to her late mother, is a testament to her dedication to cancer causes.

Kelly has over 15 years’ experience in leading quality, risk and compliance across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA & Employment services. She is an expert in ISO standards, clinical governance, and safeguarding frameworks. Kelly has proven success in managing audits with full compliance and as a Strategic advisor to Boards and Executives on risk, policy and regulatory change. Kelly has a track record of driving business development through quality-led service innovation and compliance excellence. Kelly is experienced in identifying growth opportunities, developing partnerships and skilled in staff training, complaints management and reportable incident systems. Kelly is passionate about driving continuous improvement and service impact.

Vanessa has over 30 years’ experience across disability, mental health, forensic and child protection sectors. Vanessa has extensive leadership in NDIS clinical compliance and quality assurance. She has proven expertise in trauma-informed, person-centred, and evidence-based practice. Her former senior roles involved working across government (Corrective Services, Health, FACS) and leading NGOs. Vanessa has a high-level experience with high-risk, vulnerable and forensic populations. Vanessa was also involved with strong report writing for Guardianship Boards, MHRT, judiciary and regulatory panels.

Dhruv has extensive experience navigating systems such as the NDIS, with a background in social work, support coordination, and behaviour support. He works with clients experiencing intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, autism, and neurodivergence, delivering tailored interventions that promote recovery and functional outcomes. Dhruv excels in multidisciplinary collaboration, case coordination, and empowering clients and families through goal-oriented planning and advocacy, making him well-suited for roles in the workers compensation sector, particularly those focused on psychological injury and complex care.

As the founder of Peak Potential, Jake partners with Elevate Health to support our clients. He specialises in home modifications, equipment prescription, home and living assessments, assistive technology assessments, and ongoing therapy, including functional capacity assessments. Jake is driven to provide client-centred care that empowers people to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
