Elevate your health care with our counselling services
Elevate’s team of counsellors provide direct clinical support to both private clients and NDIS participants, as well as individuals registered with My Aged Care or Work Cover. Counselling can assist individuals to thrive through life’s complexities, from goal setting and communication skills to managing trauma or mental health concerns.
Sessions are offered from the privacy of our Elevate offices, or we can arrange home visits with a counsellor meeting you at your convenience, while regional and rural clients can also access our telehealth services
